12 historical motorsport events - among which you will find the Klausenrennen, the Mille Miglia, the 24 hours of Le Mans, the Monaco Grand Prix and many more - form the basis for breath-taking motives of the Classiche Sportive calendar 2009. The specialty is that each month depicts a motorsportevent poster which has been created from scratch for this very calendar. For inspiration we looked through hundreds of original posters from that time to ensure that we capture the stylistic essence.
The calendar takes you on a time travel through the highlight of automotive motorsport, starting in the early 30ies – when motorsport was still a daring endeavour - concluding the journey with Formula 1 spectacles of the 70ies.
In total the calendar offers you the fascination of automotive motorsport and the stylistic essence of each time period on a monthly rotation.

In 2009 the BUGATTI brand is celebrating its cenntenial. For this occasion Classiche Sportive presents a most unique calendar which is limited to a total of 100 pieces.
The crafsmanship put into the development is extraordinary. The pages are mounted on a wooden rear wall using four BUGATTI Type 35 bodyscrews. The images show vintage BUGATTI cars in racing situation. Using the enclosed passepartout will turn the calendar into a timeless picture as month and days will disappear.
The calendar comes in a BUGATTI Blue Box that carries the BUGATTI Centennaire logo. On the inside you will find a tpye plate in which the number of the calendar is punched in.
